March Meet The Maker Day #10
⭐️ AUTHENTIC SPACE ⭐️ • This is my studio and where all the magic happens. • It’s very important to me to have order in my workspace. I like things to be organised so I know exactly where they are and can put my hand on what I want in a second. • I have the studio set up in a way that works perfectly for me and can flow around the space happily creating your orders. Yes I push myself around on the chair going from machine to machine 🤣 • I do feel that my walls are a...

⭐️ ROUGH/MOCK UP ⭐️ • It’s not often these days that I have items in a rough state as I have quite a full collection not so much time to develop new things. • This was the start of Baby Days nappies. As you can see I I don’t use the pretty fabrics or even the functional fabrics on the first mock ups. ⭐️ LOVE TO MAKE ⭐️ Ok, this is a though one for me. I love to make so many things and picking just one is impossible. I really love creating your custom orders. I love making the luxe style pads as these are fully made by hand without the use the embroidery machine and takes me back to where it all started. I use the embroidery machine now for most of the pads as it’s better for my hands and reduces...

When ever I get spare time I tend to find myself crafting in some way or another. That could be crocheting, knitting or refurbishing furniture. • I love going to the gym and yoga. I try to get there most mornings as sometimes it’s the...

⭐️ REDUCING WASTE ⭐️ • Cloth pads are not just about the cute prints and the comfort that you experience compared to using disposables. We estimate that a woman who uses 15 cloth pads a cycle has prevented 195 disposables pads going to landfill each year. That’s 975 disposables in a 5 year period and if you use cloth pads from your first ever period to your last period, you could save a huge 7,800 disposable pads reaching landfill. Those numbers are modest estimates. There are many women who use more than 15 pads per cycle. The savings to our...
